Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in a nursery setting (experience in a school environment is desirable).
3. A genuine passion for working with young children.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
