Sports Receptionist - Epsom, Surrey

Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.

We are currently seeking a Sports Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our clubhouse based in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering a warm, professional welcome to our members and their guests.

The role is 40 hours per week over 5 days - Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sports and wellness reception desk.
  • Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all members and guests.
  • Manage bookings and enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and service at all times.

About you:

  • Valid full UK drivers licence
  • NPLQ qualification preferred, willing to provide training to achieve qualification if required
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
