Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting project & contract managers with general administration
- Managing diaries for site managers & senior staff
- Liaising with sub-contractors & handling quotations
- Creating & maintaining company spreadsheets
- Collate information for monthly payment applications
- Maintaining electronic filing systems
- Preparing site folders
- Tracking & updating drawings and registers
- Document control through various portals, including 4projects
- Typing letters and general correspondence
- Assisting the Health & Safety manager with administration tasks
- Preparing new starter packs
- Submitting weekly returns to clients
- Deal with client queries
- Creating and maintaining work progress trackers
- Downloading & distributing client instructions
- Collate information and build O & M manuals
