Multi Skilled Engineer

Are you a production engineer or a panel wirer looking gain some maintenance experience and move into this kind of role? Then read on as this could be the role for you, working with a small independently owned business based in Pershore, Worcestershire we are looking for either an experienced maintenance engineer or someone with good assembly skills who would like to push themselves to learn.

The business assembles both new and used CNC machinery, and tool cutting machines. The role is interesting and varied with around 70% of the work onsite in the workshop and 30% on customer sites across England Scotland and Wales.

The role as a multi-disciplined engineer;

• Machine build & light maintenance
• Panel wiring
• Building components
• Attending client sites, assisting with breakdowns and maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnosing

Qualifications and Skills required in this engineers role

• Minimum of a level 2 engineering qualification
• Knowledge of machine tools and CNCs
• Electrical and mechanical assembly or maintenance skills
• Driving licence is essential

• Basic welding and fabrication would be an advantage

The benefits of this Multi Skilled engineers role

• £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary this will reflect on your experience
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Monday Friday core hours 7am 4pm
• Flexibility offered
• All travelling hours are accumulated door to door.
• Paid for training & enhanced qualifications
