Job Description

Hilton is the world's most recognised hospitality brand and is the largest upscale operator of hotels in Greater London. We have a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Sales Executive to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton London Kensington. This is a prestigious 4-Star property in bustling Kensington.

What will I be doing?

As the Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating Meeting & Events enquiries and bookings. You will maximise the profitability of the meeting and events operations through effective negotiation with clients. You will work closely with the Cluster Sales Manager and General Managers to ensure consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, and a supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will include working across properties such as DoubleTree by Hilton - Kensington and Adam House Serviced Offices, with potential support for other Heeton properties.

Restaurants
  • Review daily pick-up across all outlets
  • Ensure the inbox is well managed by support staff
  • Guide the support team to close incoming enquiries
  • Update information on relevant third-party websites
  • Prepare weekly forecasts for the venue
Meetings & Events
  • Update Delphi with all relevant event information
  • Maintain hotel brand and listing across third-party platforms
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding enquiries
  • Respond within 2 hours to enquiries
  • Set up appropriate payment terms for clients
  • Secure event details timely and share with relevant departments
  • Lead F&B meetings to share updates on promotions and strategies
  • Ensure budgets are met prior to hotel re-opening
  • Develop action plans to meet budgets and attract business during need periods
Adam House
  • Ensure listing on relevant third-party channels to secure meeting business
  • Promote Adam House meeting rooms to existing clients
  • Cross-sell spaces based on client requirements
  • Assist the General Manager in obtaining event details from clients and relay to operations
  • Secure payments in advance
  • Forecast weekly for the venue
