Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor, either RICS qualified or a recent graduate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting portfolios of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive building inspections to assess condition and compliance.
- Identify structural issues, defects, and areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality surveying solutions.
Personal Specification:
- Must have RICS qualification or working towards chartership (graduate level welcome).
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A passion for building surveying and a keen eye for detail.
- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
