POST TITLE: Nursery Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Directors / General Manager
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University.
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery deputy or Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to work within our dedicated, passionate team and create a wonderful learning space for children and a supportive, rewarding work environment for practitioners.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 in Early Childhood Education Or BA in Early Years Education from UK or Overseas University.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of and adherence to Ofsted requirements for childcare facilities.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the nursery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and ongoing professional development for the nursery team.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early years learning frameworks.
- Foster creativity, independence, and a love for learning among the children.
- Regularly review and update curriculum materials to meet evolving educational standards.
- Child Welfare and Safety:
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the nursery.
- Oversee the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
- Parent and Community Engagement:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with the local community to enhance the nursery's offerings and visibility.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the nursery's budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor enrolment and implement strategies for growth and sustainability.
