As a Junior Product Owner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing user feedback and presenting findings to guide product feature development.
• Tracking user engagement metrics to evaluate performance against KPIs, and reporting this across the business.
• Identifying and triaging user issues to ensure prompt resolution by the right teams, across client-facing, internal, and data-focused tools.

• Administering product management tools, owning and improving processes, and ensuring alignment across platform and data teams.
• Leading team reporting efforts and facilitating cross-team and cross-functional meetings.
• Managing a backlog of items and using data and insights to reprioritize tasks for maximum impact.

• Supporting feature launches and go-to-market plans for external and internal tooling.
• Facilitating communication about changes and updates across our products.
• Ensuring sales, marketing, and data research teams have the necessary tools and information, acting as a first line interface between our work and customer benefit.
