Temp or Perm - 300 a day CIS / 60k - 70k + package.

The Project:
Demolition & 4m New Build Car Showroom Workshop in Farnborough.

The Role:
We're looking for a No1 Site Manager, someone who can take projects from Demo to handover reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager. They need someone who is competent managing sub-contractors, and out of the Ground new build projects. Must have expertise in New Build / Groundworks / Steel Frame / Cladding.

You'll be:
Defending the programme from delay.
Keeping H&S on track.

• Reporting Progress
• Client Liaison.

What You'll Need:
New Build experience - work out of the Ground.

• Steel Frame / Cladding
• Experience in the Industrial Sector - ideally Car showrooms.
• Ideally Trade background.

Required Certs:
SMSTS
First Aid

• CSCS

If you get things finished, properly, and take pride in the detail - this could be for you.

This role could also be referred to as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager.
