About the role
This role is responsible for developing and managing all Cyclomedica Service functions within the UK and will report to the Head of Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer site installation, service and maintenance
- Train and educate customers and staff
- Self manage and maintain customer lists and service rounds
- Report writing and customer service
- Liaison for customer feedback to Sales team and Quality
- Establish and promote Cyclomedica sales and service in the UK market and contribute to expanding the use of Technegas
- Develop new service opportunities and contracts in the nuclear imaging field including new distributions that may be offered by Cyclomedica UK
- Contribute to development of new products both as improvements of current products as well as new innovative products
- Maintain compliance with various national and international regulatory requirements relating to sales, service and maintenance
- Assist in other service functions across Europe when required
Who we're looking for
We're looking for candidates with the following:
- Electromechanical background, Biomedical Engineer is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced attention to detail
- Experience with visual quality control
- Well-presented and great rapport with customers
- Experience in ISO13485 or other regulated environment
- A current driver's license is essential
