Partner Success Analyst - Additional language preferred Description:

The Partner Success Analyst will provide client support across all client groups while working collaboratively with the business. The role is diverse and utilizes various skill sets, including front and back-office responsibilities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for LMAX Global and Digital clients, acting as an ambassador for the company and servicing clients across different trading platforms.
  2. Provide support at all levels, efficiently handling enquiries or complaints via phone, post, email, and live chat.
  3. Perform administrative back-office tasks related to client account management, such as running reports, managing account statements, and handling external and internal requests.
  4. Process client trades over the telephone, acting as a trader.
  5. Assist clients in understanding their trade executions through in-depth analysis.
  6. Manage client accounts, including opening accounts, following up on documentation, addressing trading queries, and monitoring payments and trading activities.
  7. Carry out basic payment tasks, such as fund transfers to and from MT4/5 accounts and inter-account transfers, verifying client bank details, and raising deposits for Broker Operations.
  8. Understand CFD dividends and FX Swaps to assist clients with related queries.
  9. Support the Sales team as needed.
  10. Assist Introducing Brokers and their clients.
  11. Work towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and targets.
  12. Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Business fluency in written and verbal English; additional language skills are preferred.
  2. Effective at building relationships and influencing others.
  3. Pragmatic, flexible, and capable of handling ambiguity while remaining focused.
  4. Confident and proactive communicator at all levels; a strong team player.
  5. Performance-driven, results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and problem-solving skills.
  6. Capable of managing large workloads calmly and productively in stressful situations.
  7. Reliable, willing to work antisocial hours to meet client needs and foster future business.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  9. Previous client-facing experience.
  10.
