Key Responsibilities as Head of Guest Services:

People & Leadership
  • Lead and inspire the guest services team to deliver guest-centric service.

  • Recruit, train, and support team members for growth and development.

  • Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing within budget.

  • Conduct one-on-one reviews and performance development sessions.

Guest Experience
  • Be a visible and approachable leader for all guest interactions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, especially VIPs.

  • Ensure personalised service and handle guest issues promptly.

    Operations

  • Oversee daily briefings and guest recognition meetings.

  • Plan for arrivals and departures with attention to details
