About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:
- Caring nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
- Experience in catering services in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Delivering prepared food from kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
- Ensuring refreshments are always available
- Setting up tables, tidying work areas, and preparing food areas for next service to maintain high hygiene standards
Experience
- Experience in busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for serving visitors and elderly residents
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
