About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you ll play a vital role in the school community by supporting students across a range of learning needs. Your role will vary from day to day ,one day, you might be working in the classroom, supporting the teacher and engaging pupils in group learning; the next, you could be working one-to-one with a student who has additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH.
