Partner with the XGS Leadership Team to unite teams across shared objectives, enabling the success of our gaming strategy. Collaborate with leaders in XGS and other key stakeholders to maintain a cohesive view of priorities and focus areas for the Head of XGS. Support the Head of Xbox Game Studios by extending their reach, developing relationships with key staff and partners, communicating strategy, providing stakeholder clarity, and identifying gaps and opportunities. Maximize the leader's time to drive progress towards business priorities and serve as a thought partner for strategic decisions. Drive cross-team projects to adapt to the changing business environment and manage complex needs.
