To be considered for the role, you will have line manager and proven customer service experience and excellent communications skills to deliver a quality support service. You will have the ability to work on multiple tasks and be able to organise your working day around immediate customer service requirements. You will have a good organisation and administration background supported by experience of using Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel.
