Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with at least five years of experience in UK small animal practice. The successful candidate will join a progressive, client-driven practice that values high levels of service and patient care. This role requires a professional who appreciates the unique bond between pets and their owners and is committed to providing individualised care. Key Responsibilities : Lead the clinical team and provide support to colleagues. Conduct routine surgery, medicine, and emergency work. Engage in morning and afternoon 30-minute ward rounds. Work a 4-day week and 1:3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu. Working Hours: The practice operates from 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays. It offers 20 and 30-minute consultation times and provides client communication time slots to ensure thorough discussion, lab results, and ongoing care compliance with owners. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have an interest in dentistry and be confident in routine surgery, medicine, and emergency work.
