We're working with a top design studio with a Northern HQ becoming increasingly known in the London D&B market. With an exciting pipeline and a growing reputation, they're now looking to bring in a confident, experienced Mid-Weight Designer to help shape the future of their London team.

You'll have the opportunity to grow as the business does, jumping straight into leading DTMs, pitches and engaging with a range of clients. Because of this, a strong foundation in commercial D&B, passion for concept work and the ability to know your way around a boardroom as well as a floor plan will be important.

• Developing and presenting standout design concepts for commercial workplace projects within the UK market.
• Taking the lead on pitches - confident, clear, and compelling.
• Bring energy and a fresh perspective to internal brainstorms and client meetings.
• Play a key role in shaping and expanding a new satellite design team.
• Drawing with precision and flair using AutoCAD.

• Previous experience in commercial D&B.
• Strong concepting and storytelling ability - both visually and verbally.
• Confident presenter with experience pitching to clients.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• A natural leader, excited by the opportunity to help grow a new team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
