25,000 to 32,000 depending on experience + bonus

Are you early in your sales career and keen to build a long-term future in a specialist industry? Do you have strong communication skills, a good grasp of technology and a willingness to learn?

We are looking for a Junior Sales Support to join our irrigation team in Hereford. This is an office-based role with full training, excellent career progression and the chance to grow into a specialist sales or technical position over time.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the sales team with quotes, customer enquiries and order processing

• Using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage client data and communications

• Building product knowledge and learning about irrigation systems and solutions

• Speaking with customers on the phone and by email to provide updates and advice

• Helping coordinate deliveries, stock, and supplier communications

What we are looking for

• Some experience in a sales, admin or customer service role

• Confident with IT systems including Excel, Word and email

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive mindset

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Interest in agriculture or technical products is a bonus but not essential
