What We're Looking for:

• Ensuring an exceptional level of food quality and consistency for fine dining events and VIP functions.
• Managing the complexities of event-driven kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.
• Coordinating efficiently with front-of-house teams for seamless service execution.
• Maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Culinary in all aspects of kitchen and event execution.
• Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring flawless dish execution and presentation.
• Assist with menu development, incorporating seasonal and premium ingredients
• Oversee inventory, ensuring minimal wastage while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, ensuring adherence to the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination with event managers and service teams.
• Deliver consistently high-quality fine dining cuisine for high-profile events.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to uphold standards of excellence.
• Maintain cost control through effective stock management and waste reduction.
• Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency and culinary expertise.
• Uphold strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
