Deputy Store Manager

What you'll do

1. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
2. Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
3. Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles
4. Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
5. Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
6. Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

1. Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
2. Excellent communication skills to help your colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
3. A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving
4. The confidence to support your team through every shift
5. A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us
6. The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
