Are you an experienced HGV driver with a background in livestock transport? Do you take pride in high welfare standards and want a stable, well-paid role with a respected agricultural business?

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Livestock Driver to join a growing team based in Suffolk. This is a hands-on role transporting pigs between farms and processing sites, where attention to detail, animal welfare and professionalism are key.

What you will be doing

• Driving a modern HGV vehicle to transport pigs safely and legally

• Loading and unloading livestock in line with animal welfare regulations

• Carrying out pre-use vehicle checks and maintaining transport records

• Communicating with farm staff and managers to ensure timely deliveries

• Complying with all DEFRA and Red Tractor guidelines

What we are looking for

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence

• Livestock transport experience, ideally with pigs

• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• Understanding of animal welfare standards and handling techniques

• A positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong work ethic
