Irrigation Sales Representative - Hereford

£35,000 to £45,000 basic + commission
Hereford Full-time Permanent
Monday to Friday Field-based with travel across the region

Do you have a strong background in agricultural sales and a genuine interest in irrigation systems? Are you confident building relationships with farmers and growers and providing technical, tailored solutions?

We are recruiting for an Irrigation Sales Representative to cover the Hereford area. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of on-farm irrigation, who enjoys working independently and wants to be part of a growing, well-respected business.

What you will be doing

• Developing new business and managing existing accounts across the region

• Advising customers on irrigation systems and water management solutions

• Preparing quotes, handling orders and following up on leads

• Attending site visits, shows and technical demonstrations

• Building long-term relationships with farmers, contractors and horticultural clients

What we are looking for

• Proven sales experience in agriculture, ideally with irrigation, pumps or water systems

• Confident communicator with a consultative approach

• Technically minded and comfortable with product demonstrations

• Self-motivated and organised with good territory management skills

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
