Full Time Senior Registration Assessment Officer Required

Are you a registered pharmacist with a keen interest in education and assessment? Join our innovative team as a Senior Registration Assessment Officer. In this role, you'll use your pharmacy expertise to ensure the quality and development of the national registration assessment, playing a vital part in shaping the future of pharmacy practice.

• Location: Home-based with occasional office meetings
• Hours: 35 hours per week (9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday)

As a Senior Registration Assessment Officer, you will:

• Lead the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
• Manage the question bank and provide project management support for the Board of Assessors and the Reasonable Adjustments Panel.
• Ensure quality assurance for registration assessments and develop assessment material.
• Provide coaching to question writers and standard setters.
• Project manage external contractors' activities, anticipating and managing risks effectively.
• Support the Professional Assessment Manager, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of work.

This role supports flexible working and job share arrangements where appropriate and is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

• Registered pharmacist with extensive UK pharmacist experience, preferably in multiple sectors.
