Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Up to 30% Bonus

I'm working with a growing D&B firm based in Farringdon delivering high-quality Cat B fit-out projects from £750k up to £3m.

They're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on multiple schemes, ensuring delivery is smooth, on time, and on budget. You'll be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident managing subcontractors and professional teams alike.

You'll join a close-knit team who back their PMs properly, with real autonomy and support - and they're offering up to 30% of your salary as a bonus for strong project delivery.

1. Running £750k-£3m Cat B fit-out projects from pre-con to handover
2. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
3. Overseeing H&S, programme, quality, and commercial tracking
4. Reporting directly to the MD with clear project ownership

1. Up to 30% of salary bonus for project performance
2. Excellent office in Farringdon with hybrid flexibility

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out project delivery
2. Track record running projects in the £500k-£3m range
3. Strong client communication skills and site leadership
4. Knowledge of Cat B D&B methodology
5. Able to work autonomously and own the programme
