Right now, we are looking for a Service Manager to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Tower Hamlets.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

To lead the day-to-day functioning of Tower Hamlet Supported Living Services at Huddleston Close. Ensuring oversight of the service delivery, referrals, clients and caseloads.

Leading the staff team to ensure that Hestia provides an effective, empowering, recovery focused approach in safe environments to supporting our Service Users.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience managing key staff functions, including rotas, leave, sickness, training, and performance, as well as overseeing service budgets effectively. They will work closely with the Senior Management Team to support strategic planning and contribute to the development of organisational policies and practices. A thorough understanding of equality and diversity legislation is essential.
