Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Occupational Health Recruitment Resourcer or Consultant, Hybrid (1-3 days in our Bedford office) or from home remotely, this will depend on experience and whether training and support is required.
The Occupational Health Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates.
The Occupational Health Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process ,consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, and providing exceptional service. The Consultant will work to place qualified candidates in suitable roles while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment preferred but not essential.
- Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Occupational Health or a related field is beneficial
