We focus on recruiting permanent staff. Previous recruitment experience is not required.
Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Paddington office, 5 days a week (when not traveling)
Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative:
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns, including cold calling prospective clients (CEOs, CROs, CHROs, Sales Engineering Leaders).
- Travel to events and conferences worldwide, representing MBR Partners at booths and engaging in face-to-face marketing and sales activities.
- Arrange meetings for the CEO, either virtually or in person.
- Develop personalized verbal pitches tailored to different targets.
- Follow a sales process involving LinkedIn connection requests, email, SMS messaging, and proactive calls.
- Maintain a sales pipeline by staying highly organized and persistent.
- Research potential customers using available resources.
- Identify prospects and market trends through outbound techniques.
- Assist in defining and improving business development processes.
- Create, update, and nurture leads in the CRM system.
Your Requirements as a Business Development Representative:
- Bachelor's degree, minimum 2:1 from a reputable university.
- Strong English language skills.
- Experience in telephone sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Passion for technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Result-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
- Persistence and perseverance.
- Customer service orientation.
- Motivation for sales, with a commission/sales incentive program. Note: this role focuses on closing and developing new leads; recruitment delivery is handled by another team.
