Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plumbing industry.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Create and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and market share.

  • Conduct market analysis to stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and tailored proposals.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

  • Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within plumbing, construction, or building services.

  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of plumbing products and systems.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
