We're currently looking for an Education Support Manager on a full time, 18-month FTC basis. This position sits within the Education Solutions and Students Support team and we are flexible on the location of this role.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all student and education partners' product development and management activity operates within established parameters and ensure that all products, solutions, and interventions are market-leading, relevant and best-in-class.

The Job

Reporting to the Education Support Lead, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

Be responsible for managing a suite of student and partner related products

Review and report on the performance of products

Be an expert with respect to the customer, market and the competition

Develop customer and market requirements into products and services, built upon research and understanding of target market segments

Work with the learner experience, technology, content teams and other internal experts and external third parties to design and develop products

The Person

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in the professional education industry

Demonstrated success in developing E-learning and virtual support resources, with the ability to define requirements and evaluate solutions

Excellent knowledge of the product development processes

Demonstrated success in launching excellent products

A problem-solving approach, with strong analytic and decision-making abilities

Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, including producing and delivering engaging presentations

Strong project management skills

Knowledge and experience of trends in learning and education technologies

Able to work effectively at all levels in the organisation
