JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant

REPORTS TO: Managing Partner

SALARY: £27,000 to £30,000 (Plus OTE)

The main purpose of this position is to build and maintain strong , long-standing candidate & business client relationships. Smart10 prides itself on our strong reputation within the recruitment market and this role will ensure that this reputation is maintained.

This position is joining a warm recruitment desk which will offer the successful candidate to work with highly reputable businesses, as existing key client accounts. There is also the requirement to secure new business clients, through pro-active business development activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Be an ambassador for Smart10 and consistently demonstrate core business values
  • Proactively conduct sales & business development activity to secure new business clients
  • Attend client meetings with a view to up-sell the recruitment services & solutions which smart10 provide
  • Sent proposals to businesses and negotiate fees, selling the benefits of working in partnership
  • Advertising and resourcing for client vacancies
  • Interviewing candidates by means of registering their interest for new employment, on-line / face to face appointments.
  • Weekly Candidate call backs and keeping availability lists & CRM up to date
  • Sending e-mailers through CRM to keep Job Seekers up to date with the latest recruitment news, and Top Jobs
  • Working to Weekly Registration Targets
  • Generating prospect client leads, researching new areas for prospects
  • Keeping at the forefront of the recruitment market sharing data with the senior team
  • Other general administration and client / candidate service duties as and when required
  • Attend Networking events as and when required to represent yourself and the wider business, with the view to expand connections and potential business prospects

Measured Objectives:

  • Registrations per week
  • 100% compliance in all registrations
  • Client visits attended weekly
  • Interviews attended
  • New client conversions
  • Successful vacancy placements/ introductions

Commission

  • Information available on request, paid two months in arrears
  • Un-capped bonuses
  • OTE Year one (Approx £40,000 +)
