CNC Miller / Programmer

Employment Solutions are working with a leading precision manufacturing company who is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate large 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines. With a focus on high-value, complex components, this role involves using cutting-edge CAM software and contributing to lean, efficient operations driven by digital systems and modern machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up large 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
• Programme complex components using PowerMill or HyperMill software
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to high standards
• Ensure part accuracy through appropriate inspection and measurement tools
• Engage in continuous improvement of machining strategies and efficiency

Salary

Competitive, dependent on experience, excellent working hours 6.30am till 4.45pm 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday
