We're on the lookout for a fantastic permanent, full-time teacher to join our Outstanding girls' school in Harrow, starting this September. This is a brilliant opportunity to share your enthusiasm and deepen our students' appreciation for physical concepts across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. What you'll be doing: You'll be designing and delivering captivating Physics lessons, sparking curiosity about everything from forces and motion to energy and waves. It's all about guiding our students through diverse scientific topics, encouraging scientific investigation, and fostering critical thinking skills. You'll cultivate a vibrant and inquiry-based learning environment where students feel genuinely engaged and excited to learn. What we're looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a genuine specialism in Physics and the ability to teach general Science at Key Stage 3 and Chemistry/Biology to Key Stage 4. Experience teaching engaging and effective Physics lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable. A deep and current understanding of physical principles, plus that unique ability to make the subject accessible and truly relevant.
