Your new role
You will handle a wide range of cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and conduct issues, and ensure they are managed in line with company policies and current employment law. In addition, you will be expected to provide timely, consistent and compliant advice to managers whilst supporting them to build their confidence in handling people matters.
