Residential Conveyancer - Flexible Working - Up to 45,000
Location: MUST BE A UK RESIDENT & TAX PAYER Berkshire (Hybrid or Fully Remote, UK-based)
Salary: 36,000- 45,000 + 25-30 days holiday + birthday off + training support

A well-regarded, values-led property law firm is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to their expanding team. This is a great fit for someone who wants genuine flexibility, strong operational support, and a culture focused on service quality rather than volume churn.

The Role

• 
  Manage your own caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions (Freehold & Leasehold)
• 
  Supported by a dedicated conveyancing assistant and shared centralised teams (onboarding, post-exchange, completion)
• 
  Use an established case management system to handle routine tasks efficiently (training provided)
• 
  Deliver high-touch client care in a flexible and collaborative environment

What You'll Need

• 
  3+ years' experience running your own conveyancing caseload (ideally 5+)
• 
  Solid knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
• 
  Strong communication and client service mindset
• 
  Confidence using case management software (any system - training provided on theirs)
