Working closely with our Property Services Department and Lettings Team, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the decanting process-both temporary and permanent-for residents. From the initial move-in to the final sign-off, you'll ensure smooth, efficient, and resident-focused tenancy transitions.
Coordinate and manage tenancy starts and ends for residents being decanted.
Be the main point of contact for residents, offering clear, supportive communication throughout their move.
Ensure all sign-ups, moves, and tenancy processes are delivered professionally and in line with policy.
Take ownership of tenancy-related issues, working to deliver timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest standards of service.
Manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet service demands.
