Import / Export Administrator - Duties include: • Create international transport documentation e.g. Air Waybills, Bills of Lading(B/L), CMRs • Prepare Export & Import Customs Declarations • Allocation of production stock on to the internal system • Creating and managing commercial daily invoices • Arrange daily transport with Export and Import companies • Ensure UK customs regulations are compliant • Working internally with the production planning department • Liaising with other global Dinex entities on shipment issues and queries • Liaising with legal authorities such as HMRC and Irish revenue • Responsible for maintaining UK export data for local reporting • Communication with external import clearance agencies Import / Export Administrator - Candidate Essentials: • Previous experience within a similar role • In depth knowledge and understanding of Imports and Exports procedures, Multimodal shipping and international trade rules and regulations • Experience using UK Trade Tariff Volume I,II,III to obtain correct information relating to Customs Procedures, Commodity Codes, VAT and Duty • Demonstrate good sales/customer service skills • Keen eye for detail • Excellent Excel skills • Confident approach to workload • Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits to include: • Competitive salary • Up to 6% Company pension • 20 days annual leave increasing to 25 with length of service • Additional annual Leave purchase scheme • Free onsite parking • Continuous Development If you have the skills and experience, we require for this role and are looking for a new challenge please forward your up-to-date CV along with a relevant cover letter, explaining why you should be considered for this role - Please include salary expectations.
