Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter Social Housing

Rate: £20hr CIS

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter to carry out the installation of wet room trays and bathroom suites in Accrington and surrounding areas of Lancashire.

Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of wet room trays and full bathroom suites in occupied social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within the Social Housing sector
• Competence and experience in fitting wet room suites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and professionally
