You'll be focusing your time on their large and varied portfolio, completing rent reviews, lease renewals and managing the tenant relationships. You will report into the Head of Property, who is also an interim. He understands and appreciates the nature of contract work! You don't have to be a RICS Registered Valuer for this role but being MRICS is essential. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a public sector environment. You can work on a hybrid basis, with office attendance being for team meetings and occasional site inspections. This would be 1 day per week, and the rest you can work remotely.
