Your new companyA well-established and growing food manufacturing company based in the Moira area is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of operations. Your new roleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance/Reach) and other MHE safely and in line with company procedures Picking stock accurately for production and dispatch Putting stock away using barcode scanners or manual records Assisting with goods in/out, including loading and unloading deliveries Conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Supporting production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy Adhering to food safety, allergen control, and hygiene standards What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need: A valid FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent - Counterbalance/Reach) Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Willingness to follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures Preferable Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector Awareness of HACCP, allergen handling, or food hygiene practices Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners What you'll get in return Competitive salary and benefits package Full training and support Opportunity to work in a growing and reputable company A safe, clean, and team-oriented working environment If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
