They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing background who will have at least 8 years Quantity Surveying experience. The role will be based in Bristol and has arisen due to the clients increasing project pipeline. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will implement best commercial practices to maintain and maximise the profitability and financial performance of medium to large projects. Expectations: Lead, assist and oversee the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Manage and negotiate contracts including JCT (all forms), NEC, Design & Build, and bespoke client frameworks. Have a solid Mechanical and Electrical background. Ideally have worked with Tier 1 clients.
