Who You Are: ️ Experienced warehouse pro with 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role ️ Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills ️ WMS savvy with forklift certification and safe equipment operation ️ Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment ️ Flexible, resilient, and safety-first with the ability to work rotating shifts & overtime ️ A problem solver and proactive doer with a can-do attitude
