Site Manager (Schools)
Impact resourcing currently requires a Site Manager to look after a school refurb project in the Maidstone area
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of subcontractors
- Make sure permits and paperwork are in in order
- Deal with client facing tasks such as meetings and reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge and experience of Managing contractors on school refurb projects
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- CSCS
