Asbestos Surveyor
Up to £38,000 + Benefits
Swindon, Wiltshire
Our client, a leading UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy who specialise in the fields of Asbestos Management and Legionella Control, are on the look-out for an experienced BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you ll be carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a variety of small large scale residential, commercial and industrial properties. No two days are the same and you'll be part of a team that prides itself on professionalism and delivering quality in everything they do.
Essential Requirements:
- You ll need BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 certification in asbestos surveying with a minimum of 12 months hands on experience.
- A good track record in conducting a range of asbestos surveys.
- Up-to-date knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practices.
- Attention to detail when it comes to reporting and knowledge of TEAMS (or similar software)
- A valid driving license with a flexible approach to travel (you ll be commuting across the Thames Valley and Hampshire areas).
