Monzo is the seventh biggest bank in the UK with a mission to Make Money Work for Everyone. In the last few years we've built a banking app with very high daily engagement and an NPS that's well above the norm. 10 million UK adults have a Monzo account already, but we have a global ambition and the opportunity to impact hundreds of millions of lives.
We're now gearing up for our next phase of growth, from 10 million to 20 million customers. As we launch more and more financial products, and our customers' financial lives become more complex, personalising the experience is a key priority.

What you'll be working on:
