Our client, a prestigious international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded non-contentious construction team on a fixed-term basis (6-12 months). The role is ideally full-time, however, the firm is open to individuals seeking to work 4 days a week.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects across a range of sectors including energy, telecoms, healthcare, and technology.

The role sits within a wider real estate group known for its collaborative culture and sector-led approach. You'll be advising on major transactions and supporting clients through the full lifecycle of construction and engineering projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
• Advising on procurement strategies and project delivery models
• Supporting cross-border teams on large-scale infrastructure and development matters
• Collaborating with colleagues across real estate, finance, and commercial disciplines

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced Senior Associate ideally 5+ PQE with a strong background in non-contentious construction law
• Have experience advising on complex projects, ideally with exposure to sectors such as energy, IT infrastructure, and telecoms
• Be confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development
• Demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Be a team player with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach

Desirable Experience

• Advising on data centre or energy infrastructure projects
• Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team know-how
• Working across multiple jurisdictions or within international teams
