You'll be central to project success - owning cost planning, procurement, risk strategy, and contractual delivery across a diverse portfolio. Expect to work alongside talented architects, project managers and designers in a practice known for blending creativity with commercial rigour.

• Lead cost estimation, feasibility reviews and budget setting for new projects.

• Create detailed tender packs, contracts and bills of quantities.

• Monitor spend, track valuations, and deliver concise financial updates.

• Oversee final accounts and ensure contractual compliance.

• Drive value engineering and champion sustainable construction principles.

• Guide clients through procurement routes, risk, and contract strategy.

• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• 3+ years PQE in a consultancy or client-side setting.

• MRICS or working towards it (support provided).

• Strong command of NEC/JCT contracts and project cost control.

• High attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.

• Confident using Excel and QS tools like Masterbill or Bluebeam.

• Willingness to visit client sites across the South West.
