Key Responsibilities • Identify users for the premium service, qualifying customer needs and scheduling sales calls
• Develop relationships with customers to support the generation of new business and consistently
achieve your revenue targets
• Work with your colleagues in the company to ensure highest standards of delivery, learning how
to spot and qualify opportunities
• Develop a deep knowledge of our product and the legal information sector
• Learn to effectively communicate, adjusting communication style depending on the audience
• Update the CRM to ensure your pipeline accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying
stage
• Ensure your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR
regulations
Skills Knowledge and Expertise • Genuine enthusiasm to develop a career in Sales
• 1 - 2 year experience in a professional B2B environment
• Clear communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent time management and prioritisation
• International outlook
• Ability to work to targets and showcase resilience in challenging situations
