What You ll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams across the business
Set and execute clear business plans to achieve industry-leading results
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment
Encourage continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
What You ll Bring:
Proven FMCG experience
Strong people management and relationship-building skills
Excellent data analysis, adaptability, and decisive thinking
SAP proficiency and IT literacy
