What You Bring 8+ years of product design experience , with at least 4 years leading complex digital product initiatives. Experience designing multi-modal systems , especially those involving voice , mobile , and web-based user experiences . Expertise in crafting end-to-end experiences - from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and delivery. A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and product impact. Strong collaboration skills with engineers, PMs, and researchers - you speak the language of delivery as well as design. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and advocating for design quality and user outcomes throughout. Preferred Qualifications Background in designing AI/ML-enabled tools or real-time systems (e.g., assistants, live communications, field operations). Experience in public safety, emergency response, healthcare, or other high-stakes environments. Familiarity with ethical AI practices and inclusive design standards.
